I'm responsible for the circulation/audience development of all EP World, Inc. products including its digital publication, the EP website, Resource Guide and Subscription Donation and Library programs. Promotion is done through a variety of marketing channels such as email, social media, phone and direct mail.

Responsible for the circulation/audience development of all BizBash products including publications (BizBash NY, LA, TO, DC and Chicago), the BizBash website, BizBash’s enewsletters, trade shows in NY, LA, TO and Chicago, and Masterplanner – a paid online calendar for event planners and suppliers.Duties included:- Creation and execution of new business and requalification marketing plans and yearly budgets as well as reforecasting. Worked directly with printers, direct mail, telemarketing, fax broadcast, email broadcast, list brokerage and merge/purge companies to help accomplish marketing and publisher goals. - Working directly with CEO to identify trends in circulation, researching of lists, demographic goals and cross promotion of all BizBash products. - Supervising Ass’t Circulation Manager and various interns to help achieve circulation/audience development goals.- Tracking new business and requalification goals on all BizBash products. - Working with SEO companies (MoreVisibility) to increase BizBash.com’s online presence. - Working with outside fulfillment house (Cambey & West) to track file development and size, requalification and new business efforts, and to create and run list selects for mailings and for sales staff. - Creation of viral marketing pages/campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn to capture new business leads/sources for magazines and enewsletters.

Duties Included:- The creation and execution of marketing plans (both requalification and new business) and yearly budgets (as well as doing monthly and quarterly reforecasting) for BtoB Magazine, Media Business and five enewsletters. - Working with printers, direct mail, telemarketing, fax broadcast, broadcast e-mail, list brokerage and merge/purge companies. - Working directly with publisher to identify trends in circulation, demographic goals and cross promotion of print and email products. - The execution of day-to-day Circulation activities on controlled BPA-audited publication which included effort-by-effort and yearly tracking of new business and requal efforts, providing update and split instructions, issue weights and print orders to printer, proofing and designing of promotional pieces, coding of invoices, and funding of various postage accounts. - Working with in-house fulfillment system (Advantage) to track file development and size, requalification and new business efforts, and to create and run list selects for mailings and for sales staff. - Filing and proofing BPA audited Statements.

I began my second tenure at CMP as a circulation requalification manager on EE Times and EBN. Later, I became Audience Development Manager on Printed Circuit Design and Embedded Systems Programming magazines and then on EE Times. Duties included:- The creation and execution of new business and requalification marketing plans (digital and print) and yearly budgets.- Handling day-to-day circulation activities including filing and proofing of BPA Statements, print orders, distribution of magazines, and competitive demographic analyses for publisher and sales staff.- Working with outside fulfillment systems (Omeda and Hallmark Data Systems) to track file development and size, requalification and new business efforts, run list selects for mailings and for the Electronics Group sales staff.- Creation of HTML and Text emails for new business/requalification purposes.

- Handled day-to-day circulation tasks on Plastics Technology, PT Auxiliaries and Modern Tire Dealer as well as the execution of new business and requalification efforts, and budget reforecasting.- Worked with outside fulfillment system (Hallmark Data Systems) to track file development and size, requalification and new business efforts, and running of list selects for mailings and for sales staff - Worked with Circulation Director on creation of marketing plans and yearly budgets.

- Began tenure as a Circulation Assistant in MFI’s Travel division (working on Business Travel News, Meeting News and Tour & Travel News). In July 1996 was promoted to an Assistant Circulation Manager working in MFI’s Jewelry division (National Jeweler, G&SB). Was then promoted to a Circulation Manager in February of 1997 (handling MFI’s Sports Business publications).- Handled day-to-day circulation tasks and worked with Circulation Director on creation of marketing plans and yearly budgets.
