Experienced hospitality professional with a love of customer service and achieving goals. After working in the industry from the ground up I have developed an ability to provide success not only to my company, but to my team members as well. As AGM of the Moxy Chattanooga Downtown, I have been able to help achieve 2021 Moxy's Hotel of the Year, as well as, number one in Guest Satisfaction and working under the 2021 Captain of Year. I have become proficient in all facets of Marriott applications, including Fosse, Micros and select accounting applications.
