Sportsville is a partnership initiative to bring sports clubs together in different locations across Hutt City, sharing ideas, resources, knowledge and skills, and boosting sports participation in our region.The Petone hub encompasses sports that are based at Petone Recreation Ground and North Park. The Hub established a working party to formalise the partnership and is about to incorporate a new society ‘Petone Sportsville Incorporated’. The object of the society is to provide “sport for life”, encouraging greater participation in sport and recreation within the Petone community.
