My career has focussed on bridging the technical and corporate world to facilitate the financing of businesses from “start-up” to +A$100 million publicly listed companies. I have built a network of brokers, bankers and fund managers across all major financial markets willing to fund businesses from start-up through to mature midcap publically listed companies. Having held Managing Director roles over the past two decades focused on projects in multiple jurisdictions, I have had to meet many diverse challenges including:• Foreign and domestic government relations• Management of numerous local and foreign joint venture partners• Cross-border transactions• Local community engagement• Management of public relations and media• NGO engagement• Management of shareholder, investor and financial market expectations. This experience has given me an extensive skill base for problem solving over a wide range of business challenges. In the past five years, I have stepped back from executive positions and focused more on board leadership roles, corporate governance and acting as advisor and mentor to the executive team. This shift in career focus has afforded me the opportunity to diversify my business interests and gain exposure to new and innovative technologies, including the supply of commodities for the electric vehicle revolution.
