As a Senior Business Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where I have developed and demonstrated my skills in business analysis, regulatory reporting, collateral management, trade support, and change management. I started as a Tax Analyst, then moved to Collateral Security Settlements, then to Custody Middle Office, and finally to Change Project Management. In each of these roles, I contributed to the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of the business processes, systems, and data. I also participated in multiple initiatives to improve the operational performance, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation of the firm.
