Coordinates and Manages Mechanical completion of site activities with monitoring workflow and progress. Instigate, develop and police the planning and progress monitoring procedures to ensure that each element of the project performs the processes timely and consistently. Responsible for reviewing piping project specification, design basis, design layout of piping system, material selection and to ensure that the project is done in accordance to PMC Standard and Specification. Material Controlling and commence production as per availability of Material. Reviewing the material submittal / technical submittal from vendor / supplier / subcontractor prior to submitting to client. Preparation of site technical queries and submitting to client with recommended proposal. Ensuring that construction adheres to the latest approved for construction project drawings, specifications, procedures, and site instructions. Reviewing the As-built drawings / Change work notice and recording the changes for the claim. Providing support to the Pre-commissioning and commissioning teams as required.

• Manages/controls the different site engineering activities for the project as follows: Preparation of project activity schedules relative to site engineering, manpower loading and progress report; Establishes list of IFC (Issued For Construction) deliverables (i.e. piping general arrangement, isometric drawings, pipe support drawings, hydro test packages, as-built drawings, etc.); Directs and provide guidance in the preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Purchase Requisition (PR), and Purchase Order (PO) of piping materials; Checks/Approves vendor drawings and documents; Assists the Project Management Team (PMT) in the implementation of piping design at site; Participates in meetings with client, vendors and other discipline engineers
