Hamish Williams is a commercial real estate professional with over 28 years of experience in the USA and Europe. He was Head of Office and Industrial with Cushman & Wakefield in Budapest, Hungary. Later he worked as Director of Office Leasing and Hotels & Leisure at Colliers International in Budapest until the recession. He also started a specialty services group called Colliers Select, which served A+ office space (i.e. converted palaces and historical properties). He has trained and mentored over 30 agents in his career. Hamish is currently based in SW Florida and works with investors and tenants nationally and internationally, as well as with select development projects.
