Over the last 15 years Hamish has advised and invested in over 40 SME businesses with high growth potential. He has helped a number of these companies become ‘investment ready’ and has acted as Corporate Adviser to two companies quoted on AIM and AQSE (formerly Ofex). He has also been a member of the Advisor Panel to TVIN (the Thames Valley Investment Network) and a successful investor in EIS qualifying companies. Currently Hamish has a number of Non Executive board roles as Chairman of Weardale Lithium Limited, a UK Lithium exploration business which is aiming to produce carbon zero lithium from underground geothermal brines in Weardale, County Durham, and as a Non-Executive Director of Sparkledun Limited the holding company for Fast 2 Fibre a telecoms service business with a disruptive technology for replacing legacy telecoms copper wire with fibre optic cable. He is also an advisor to the board of Coldpress Foods Limited a high quality producer of High Pressure Processed (“HPP”) juices and smoothies. In addition to these roles he continue to work as an Associate of Endeavour Ventures, a Founder Director of St Helen’s Private Equity (Investments) Limited his family investment vehicle and Impetus Capital a business advisory service for growth businesses.
