Leader of Hutcheon and Pearce's Integrated Solution Department. My role includes planning, organisation, and leadership of integrated solutions development and implementation for the entire Hutcheon & Pearce organisation. I Oversee the planning and execution of the John Deere Precision Ag strategy across dealerships at all locations from Sydney to Wee Waa to Finley, south over the border into Victoria. I work closely with internal and external resources to identify customer and market needs and to develop comprehensive value-added services and solutions to address those needs.

Supporting two experienced Agribusiness Managers, I assist in looking after a diverse portfolio covering a wide range of pre-farmgate & post-farmgate clients, as well as tourism based clients in the East Kimberley. This varied role requires me to provide analytical and financial solutions, implement sales campaigns & initiatives, identify new business & referral opportunities, manage risk, financial structuring of proposals, customer service, administrative support, and implementing annual business plans. I contribute to the team's success through communicating effectively, making timely decisions, utilising my strong commercial acumen and driving innovation and continuous improvement.
