I am deeply passionate about helping businesses invest in their workforce to improve injury prevention and management outcomes throughout Queensland.I am originally an occupational physiotherapist and am passionate about driving solutions-focused initiatives to reduce injury trends. Through my experiences across various high-risk workplaces and industries, including warehousing, heavy equipment and manufacturing, I have developed my skills in identifying, analysing, and developing strategies to improve critical health, safety, and well-being metrics.I am always open to discussing emerging workplace trends, safety leadership, or even the All Blacks.
