The health and fitness industry is a rapidly expanding industry, everyday we are bombarded with the latest miracle diet or exercise fad. It's difficult to keep up and overwhelming for most people when it comes to transforming the health as well as their bodies.Celebrity Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, Corporate Health Speaker, Fitness Model, Manager and owner of Skulpt Personal Training in Melbourne’s inner east. Through over 20 years of training clients and personal trainers, I have earned the reputation as an expert in the field of weight loss, health and fitness. After studying Human Movement at University, I re-sparked a lifelong passion for the wellness industry after dramatically transforming my own physique in the original Body For Life competition through applying the three key elements of training, nutrition and motivation. After a few years delivering Corporate Health lectures, being Campus Director for the Australian Institute of Personal Training Richmond Campus, taking a BDM role for Orange Clubs as part of the Anytime Fitness expansion and continuing to run the Skulpt Personal Training studio with nine staff delivering over 300 training sessions a week, I fell in love with the F45 training system - it's community and results - and have since gone about establishing and building several F45 franchises in both Melbourne and Sydney. I have a passion for helping men and women seek balance and success in life through firstly taking control of their physical and mental health and am often referred to as a ‘walking health encyclopaedia’ for my in depth knowledge on all subjects wellness related and has been interviewed as the ‘PT Expert’ for Men’s Health Publications.
