While at University I set up Midas Mead, the UK’s foremost Luxury and Bespoke Meadery. This involved detailed product design, personally creating and managing my own website and creating supply chains along with a myriad of other skills such as licencing and trademarks, chemical testing, production and personnel management. In the company’s first 6 months we had been featured in publications such as Tatler, which called us, “the most glamourous, luxury mead on the market” as well winning multiple awards and shortlisted for The British Business Awards “Young Business Owner of the Year”.

Starting as a sales assistant I have progressed through all areas of the business including manufacturing and recruitment. I currently provide both technical and sales support as required.

In preparation for becoming a 4th dan black belt and Master I taught Tae Kwon Do from novice up to 2nd dan black belt to both adults and children.
