I am passionate about creating work environments which enable people to thrive. My research in Psychological Safety has allowed me to advise organisations on how to forensically analyse their work environment and design and implement interventions that create psychologically safe and responsible work environments. My approach is to inspire leaders and managers and provide them with practical tools and techniques to implement measurable improvements in the level of Psychological Safety and organisational Wellbeing and engagement. It has been my privilege to work with leading insurance companies, law firms, major NHS Trusts, international manufacturing companies, educational institutions and the uniformed and armed services. I am particularly proud of the ground breaking work in which I have been instrumental in introducing Psychological Safety in St. Barts NHS Trust and Guys and St. Thomas' hospitals in London as well as for the Royal Airforce.As Senior Partner at DrummondHR, I am an experienced management consultant. I have advised and assisted many boards and organisations to become more effective in a time of change. Recognised as enthusiastic, pragmatic and credible at the most senior levels in private and public organisations, We have a client list of which, we are very proud.My research with Newcastle University 2008 to 2015 has lead to the creation of the first predictive Psychological Safety tool, both for Boards and for Teams. This has had international validation. I am proud to say it is Instrumental in assisting all teams to function in a Psychologically safe way and to create Thriving organisations.
