VF Corporation also owns The North Face, Timberland, Vans and other brands.• Owned the AsiaPac (Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand) and Canada Distributor P&L, a multi-million dollar distributor business; reported to the President and GM of SmartWool. • Managed 7 independent distributors; through active strategic management, increased constant Distributor revenues in APAC 37% CAGR 2006-2012. • Substantially grew Canadian business (SmartWool’s largest distributor market) after assuming responsibility in April 2010.• Owned strategic plan, budget, pricing, and financial reporting for all managed distributor markets.• Implemented seasonal go-to-market (GTM) planning and reporting processes to align distributor GTM plans with the SmartWool seasonal objectives; used process to maintain distributor focus on SmartWool goals throughout the season.• Provided direct and structured feedback to PD teams on international market requirements and future season trends. Advised on line selection to ensure the line supports continued growth/diverse requirements overseas.• Terminated Australian distributor; identified, signed and re-launched SmartWool with the strongest Australian outdoor distributor.• Co-Chaired the SmartWool Advocacy board 2010-2012; since 2006 SmartWool has donated in excess of one million dollars through this board to organizations promoting outdoor advocacy.

• Managed distributors for the Timberland Outdoor Group Brands (Mion, GoLite Footwear and SmartWool) in AsiaPac and Eastern Europe.• Identified, negotiated, signed and launched new SmartWool distributors in Poland and Finland. Supported the launch of the SmartWool distributor in Czech Republic, then transitioned these markets to the SmartWool EU office (June 2009). • Terminated existing SmartWool distributors in New Zealand, Hong Kong and China and then identified and signed new distributors and managed re-launch in each of these markets.• Successfully managed the initial signing and launch, then the wind down of the Mion and GoLite Footwear distributors in New Zealand, Australia, Japan and Hong Kong, minimizing financial cost and preserving relationships.

Joined IBM Business Consulting through the acquisition of PwC Consulting.• Managed multi-national team of five to design and implement the first financial reporting shared services center in Shanghai for a leading multi-national chemicals company. Consolidated Asia Pacific financial reporting and accounts payable operations into one location. • Managed multi-national team of eight for the same client to subsequently consolidate accounts payable across 30 North American and 21 European locations into Shanghai shared services center.

• Reduced the month-end reporting cycle from three weeks to five days. • Implemented reporting controls around invoicing on time and enforcing contractual obligations resulting in improved profitability of in-house film productions.
