Direct management of 35 staff within Finance, IT and HR.▪ Conducted operational cost review of all businesses (six divisions within two operation divisions), resulting central overhead reduction of 40%;▪ Day to day liaison with manufacturing operations in China and Asia on financial, trading and quality issues;▪ Review of IT infrastructure resulting in a move from OLAS to BCPS;▪ Renegotiation and ongoing management of bank facilities and associated covenants;▪ Worked with UK and overseas manufacturing companies on a new Group business model (centralised services and other cost savings measures) to improve the wider Group profitability;▪ Improved the clarity, timeliness and relevance of financial reporting.

Responsible for the Treasury function including foreign currency transactions.▪ Strategic planning and analysis of progress on initiatives with the Managing Director, Board Members and Territory General Managers; hedging, overseas supplier payments and management of all Group short and long term funding instruments;▪ Annual statutory reporting for all Group entities.
