About Hamitcan Balci

I focus on retail media, performance marketing, CRM and advertising technologies. In my 12+ years of experience, I have designed 360° communication plans and CRM campaigns for the advertising campaigns of more than 250 brands. Thanks to these communication plans, I have ensured that brands reach the right customer segment at the right time, through the right channel, with the right offer, and get high ROI. I managed Migros' strategic media planning, digital marketing operation, adtech and CRM reporting tool development and implementation processes.I am currently responsible for new business development, performance marketing and adtech product development operations at Mimeda since 3 years. Mimeda is Turkey's first retail media company. We ensure that brands reach the right customer segment via our 20 smart media channels with maximum ROAS.We also develop self service advertising technology products. We have a published customer analytics and reporting product which is called Dataroom. On the other hand, our new product is an AI driven retail media advertising platform that targets first party audience and enables the creation and optimization of advertisements to be create on digital marketing channels and retailers' sales channels on a single platform.
