Quality has always been something that I have admired in products and software, and moving into the Software QA space from a Communications space nearly four years ago has been a really good experience as I’ve brought my communication skills learned through my degree and work experience and I have been able to take that into not just finding identifying and reporting bugs effectively but also collaborating with my team and between other departments.I strive to not just help in the process of high-quality software products, but also in how I work with my team. I’m always open to learning and growing and seeking new ways of improving any process and I feel like those skills help me be a good addition to any QA team.
