I also participate in stand-up meetings and raise concerns to the scrum master to immediately conceptualize and provide solutions. In addition to this, I create and develop quarterly statistics and PowerPoint presentations on analysis for the multidisciplinary management teams. It is also part of my duty to provide constructive insights during hindsight huddles while working with 3rd party vendor software used for reporting purposes.Furthermore, I proficiently facilitate the analysis of Client Tagging Tools to enhance its usability for the Epsilon employees and clients. I train 12 new hires while serving as a subject matter expert for 4 areas, including client portal, Nielsen/Vizu, Automative, and Travel vertical. I also identify issues and delegate tasks to the data warehouse team to prevent outages while exceeding 100% of the deadline expectations. Aside from this, I develop aggregated data from raw client files for analysts to utilize for numerous analyses and for clients to view in reporting. Moreover, I create documentation for the Confluence wiki while streamlining the communication and documentation process for the QA team.
