Alam Cotton Mills (Pvt) Limited is one of the most modern and professionally managed textile spinning mills in Pakistan. The project started it’s commercial production in June 2006 with an aim to meet the quality requirements of today’s most demanding yarn clients. Only the latest spinning technology was selected. It belongs to a group of companies that have had over 150 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, known more for dominance in leather sector.The project consists of 30,240 spindles and was commissioned in 2005. The back process consists of Rieter blow room, card, drawing breaker and finisher with auto leveling arrangements. The combed section equipped with Rieter machines. The simplex and ring have the latest design Toyota frames. We also have Rieter compact frames (K44) in ring section.In order to supply top quality low contamination yarn with Pakistani cotton, we have vision shields in our well-equipped blow room line. Our Murata Auto Cones are equipped with Uster’s Quantum II yarn clearer (foreign fiber detection) and online monitoring through cone expert and CAY system. To have uniform characteristics, the yarn is finally conditioned in the latest Welker conditioning machine.
