Responsibilities:• Develop, implement, and provide planning and scheduling services for engineering, procurement, and construction activities for projects.• preparation of tender schedules• Develop, implement, and maintain the planning and scheduling functions on projects.• Develop and maintain WBS for projects.• Familiar with earned value, scope control, and change management concepts, principles, and methodologies.• Collect data and produce an initial analysis of manpower, labor hours, and labor cost requirements versus budget limitations.• Coordinate and facilitate involvement and consensus-building meetings and workshops.• Analyze, evaluate, and forecast current status against an established baseline schedule, assessing the impacts of variances in the schedule.• Report the status of the schedule to the project and company management, as well as to the client.• Accumulate historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.Ongoing projects: 1- National Housing Company: Establishment of 272 Units2- Confidential government
