Current• Preparing the business and growth plans for the company• Preparing marketing plans, budgets and policies• Preparing sourcing / procurement strategies to provide the right product with better price • Analyzing and developing new fabrication with all technical aspects by selecting appropriate raw material, process, confectioning, embellishment, product performance and consumer expectation.• Involve in complete supply chain operations including quality control for making it more efficient.• Leading a diverse workforce & motivating them for better execution to achieve the organizational goals • Preparing price strategies, doing cost analysis for maintaining P&L• Travelling independently for buying meetings, trend shows, exhibitions & seminars / conferences • Involve in strategic decision making for different areas of the company with CEO • Setting up yearly sales targets by projecting the market trend and history• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve the entire business process with digital acquisition • Involve in sustainable development for the company & technical guideline to PD for fabric development• Involve in advising CEO for identifying the opportunities for new areas of business.
