Leading an all-inclusive Supply Chain team involving Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Quality assurance, Projects, EHS & Cold Asset for managing above 100 Billion PKR business. Creating a continuous improvement culture & using project management to drive profitable growth for the company. • Developing & executing strategy for +350 MUC production at multiple production facilities across Pakistan including 6 manufacturing plants, third party toll manufacturing facilities ,7 Sale warehouses & approx. more than 850 delivery trucks • To Effectively manage the OPEX and CAPEX for SC & arrest escalation in overall supply cost per case to less than 5% per year in an environment marked with huge fuel price shocks and double-digit inflation• Overseeing Procurement initiatives with a combined spend of ~40 Billion rupees including key spends such as Coolers, Sugar, Glass, Resin & Secondary Packaging

Led the Supply and Demand Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, and Customer Services functions to ensure product availability as per sales demand while optimizing the utilization of production resources, warehousing space, toll-fillers and transportation capacity thus leading to cost savings of 25% cross supply chain. Changing the focus from a production oriented supply chain to customer service oriented supply chain

Established Logistics and Warehousing as a separate function in CCBPL, setting a national-level strategy and integration with Production and Sales.

• Management of supply chain from supply sources to customer locations. Stocks planning – optimum management of stocks to achieve efficiencies• Management of POL product transportation having a turnover of more than USD 400million/year for entire country• Develop strategies to assure delivery of the product to the point of sale in order to maintain maximum sales levels at optimum cost consistent with safety, quality & quantity specifications• Representing the company in Oil Companies Advisory committee (OCAC) to ensure that company point of view is properly expressed & its interest with respect to various prevailing issues are appropriately addressed

• Schedule nationwide supplies, monitor & maximize fleet utilization, equalize business between contractors, implement journey management and ensure timely replenishment of stocks Update• Management of Shell Pakistan Fleet database – Deletion and Addition of vehicles as per policy• Managed Transport Professionalization project & SPL Fleet Operation
