Conduct of Examinations (Primary Duty)As the primary responsibility of my role, I oversee the complete process of conducting examinations. This includes:Coordinating all logistical aspects of examinations, including scheduling, venue setup, and invigilation.Ensuring the confidentiality and security of exam materials.Managing communication between faculty, students, and administrative staff regarding examination schedules and protocols.Handling unforeseen issues during the examination process with prompt problem-solving.Supervising the collection, organization, and submission of exam results.Student Coordinator (Additional Role)As a Student Coordinator, I am responsible for managing and facilitating a range of student affairs to ensure a smooth and supportive academic environment. My key responsibilities include:Serving as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic and administrative queries.Coordinating and organizing student-related events, workshops, and orientation programs.Managing student records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Collaborating with faculty and administrative staff to address student needs and concerns.Assisting with the development and implementation of student support initiatives aimed at enhancing the student experience.Monitoring student attendance and performance, providing feedback to both students and faculty.Facilitating communication between students and administration to ensure effective problem-solving.Advising students on academic planning and resources available to support their success.In this role, I focus on fostering a positive educational experience and work closely with students and staff to ensure a collaborative and efficient academic environment.
