- Maintaining the ‘Online Portal’ for job applications.- Screen prospective candidates on the phone i.e. initial interview on the phone to evaluate technical and language skills. - Conducting one on one initial interview to further evaluate candidate’s Technical skills. - Maintaining candidate’s information in the database.- Coordinating candidate’s information to the HR and Training Department.- Manage office supplies stock and place orders- Maintain and update company databases- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)- Arrange travel and accommodations- Schedule in-house and external events

-Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process which include posting job, culling resumes -Scheduling and conducting pre- screen interview phone interviews and onboarding new hires-Updating our internal Database with new Employees -Maintain records of employee - related data

- Providing Customer Service and support to existing customers.- Providing reservations to every individual customers and monitoring that no delays occurs in their trip- Help and support other associate as needed.
