Responsibilitieso Design safety training programs for employee and ensure response to all specific requirements and maintain knowledge of all company safety programs.o Prepare all HSE training program according to required regulations and prepare schedule of all training programs and ensure all employees receive appropriate training and participate in various committee meetings for site.o Provide support to execution of all global operation emergency response plans and manage all emergency situations and design solutions to all issues and design required business tools and execute all HSE procedures and policies.o Monitor all HSE procedures and recommend strategies to avoid all accidents and implement all health and safety hazards for all sites.o Monitor all conservation and protection programs and maintain hygiene at facility at all times and prepare required status reports.o Participate in all site safety committees and analyze all job hazard activities and ensure compliance to all OSHA guidelines and perform audit on all activities.

Responsibilities• To recommend and implement improvement in the construction work practices and procedures through mandatory and job specific training for project workforce• Development of training plan, monthly training schedule and training reports.• Supervision and auditing on the contractor and sub-contractors In-House safety training.• Development and conducting weekly TBT for management and contractor staff.• Supervision of contractors weekly TBT.• Develop safety statistics for bi-weekly safety committee and senior management safety reviews.• Approve material supplies of necessary HSE material and First-Aid equipment to sites and workforce.• Monthly & Weekly Departmental Safety & HSE Reporting• Develop and share HSE awareness materials and Procedures

Develop & Implement Project HSE Management System (e.g.; HSE Plan, Supporting Procedures, Risk Assessments, Training programs and Communication media such as HSE Alerts, Bulletins etc.• Establish and Manage onsite and offsite HSE team roles and responsibilities.• Review Sub-Contractor’s documentation such as HSE Plans, Procedures & Risk Assessments.• Supervising & conducting various training courses (e.g. HSE Inductions, Crisis and Emergency Management (Including Drills), Risk Analysis & Assessments, Hazardous materials, Confined Space etc.)• Reviewing and monitoring sub-contractor’s HSE Management system.• Maintain a record of all accidents reported from site.

To develop & update project specific Engineering HSE documentation which includes but not limited too; • Engineering HSE Execution Plan • Fire safety review report • Health Risk Assessment (Engineering and Operations) • Quantitative Risk Assessment Procedure • Fire fighting equipment data sheet • Emergency Escape Rescue Analysis (EERA) Report • HAZID and HAZOP study reports • Project Risk Management - Participate in weekly / monthly HSE review meetings. - Perform Hazardous Area Classification - Participate/coordinate in preparation of plant layouts. - Coordinate and execute 3rd party HSE studies like QRA,

• Organization, delegation and co-ordination skills, inclusive of training, coaching, auditing, system development and improvement, communication, recognition and reporting methods, • Application of behavior based safety concepts • Development, review, implementation and monitoring of Project HSES Plans, inclusive of job safety analysis, risk assessment and method statements processes• Familiar with OHSA Construction Regulations, Health & Safety at Work Act (UK) and Able to identify training needs, develop training courses and train personnel• Involved with both construction and commissioning phases of gas process plants• Emergency planning e.g. rescue, site medical and evacuation• Objective investigator with over 8 year’s practical experience
