I wear two caps “Sales Manager” & “Project Manager” Focusing on sales for United States region via corporate sales and negotiation with Fortune 500 companies, top tier 4A Advertising agencies, online stores, and retail companies. An action-oriented leader who acts as a strategist in Leading, coaching, and supporting Territory Account Managers throughout all regions to increase market share and grow revenue. Generate design leads and find new B2B prospects through emails, cold calling, or using various tools. Educate them about the product by highlighting their pain points to pitch the designed product as an alternate and reliable solution. Research on each prospect and find challenges and interests to gather information. Work with the implementation team to customize each feature as per customer's requirements. Responsibility also includes collaboration with the team and discuss daily progress to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.

Was in charge of handling retention calls where customers would call in to cancel their protection plans and would convince them otherwise by emphasizing on the importance and value of their existing plan and would create brand value under the customer’s eye accordingly.
