To Give RC of Semifinished scrap and PM materials..To make inspection plan on SAP.To generate CoA of Finished & semi finished via SAP.

*QA/QC & Process** To cooperate with Production shift in-charge for smooth running of plant and to maintain product according to Quality parameters with in the specified ranges.*To be responsible for all the activities performed by QC during the shift regarding test and analysis.*work with strict compliance to all company's rules®ulations.* To carry out the analysis on HPLC, spectrophotometer and other sophisticated analytical instruments.* Complete all documentation and records keeping regarding QC lab.Skills: Self motivated, quality control, standard operating procedure (SOP), product analysis report, High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)

*QA intern** Daily inspection of crude oil, bleached and deordrized oil.*Performed testing of oil such as FFA, Peroxide value, p-Anisidine value, phosphatides, soap Content, cold test, Iodine value and chlorophyll content, Bleachability, and Melting point of Hard fats.* Have a Good command of spectrophotometer, Tintometer, Soxhley extraction apparatus.*Daily visit on processing plant to monitoring the CCPs.
