I was part of the EPCL's Project Expansion teams as an Associate Project Accountant (Project based contract). Our Expansion department looked after the multiple project:- Hydrogen peroxide (Greenfield) - HTDC (Brownfield)Job Responsibilities:- Developed the cost tracking dashboard on excel which provides the trend & variances outlook monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. - Processing of payments invoices to vendors for both projects.- Generating the purchase requisition as per the requirement of the project also coordination with procurement team to generate purchase order in a timely manner.- Monitoring and controlling cost of the project so that it does not exceed the budget.- Additional support to planning engineer on ad hoc basis.

I was part of the Y.B. Pakistan Group which is associated company of Lucky Cement Limited dealing with investments in real estate, mutual funds & stocks etc.Job Responsibilities:- Preparation of daily fund position and tracking of cash inflows and outflow, mutual funds & PSX stocks.- Monitoring NAV rates of several mutual funds on MUFAP.- Responsible for preparing payment and reciept register. Recording of monthly accounting transaction (e.g rental, dividend, investment, redemption and other income and expenses) on Oracle ERP in accordance with IAS/IFRS.- Keeping track on company and directors tax notices on IRIS portal.- Updating the PnL Schedules on monthly basis.- Preparation of vouchers & invoices.- Responsible for payments processing & RTGS related transaction timely.- Reconciliation of general ledgers, bank statements and schedules on monthly basis.
