Led the External Partnerships-Networking Department for improving the external image of FINTRA Society. Responsible for collaborating with fintech start-ups, organizations, alumni, and faculty to arrange talks and webinars, leading a team of 2 Assistant Directors and 8 members. Explored Trade Star Project of 1825 shops in the Lahore region for proposing the revised mechanics of the rental program across General Trade and Modern Trade outlets. Monitored Visibility KPIs like MSL, SOS, OOS to ensure visibility. Discussed the gap-analysis with the ASMs, TSMs, and front-line heroes to propose the revised mechanics of the trade-star project; including;1. A one-model investment rental program for all the Trade Star shops. 2. Monthly and quartely sales targets evaluation for the shops, in addition to the SOS. 3. Transition from value to carton growth for better evaluation in the period of inflation. 4. Category wise target setting with an individualized focus on shops at the TSM level.
