Territory Sales Manager
- Responsible for Business Development, Sales, Merchandising & Visibility in designated area of Lahore region.- Develop plans strategies for monthly/quarterly/yearly targets delivery and ensure sustainable growth in designated area.- Handling a worth of 8 million per month business volume with 1250 outlets.- Responsible for performance of all sales fundamentals / KPI’s (Active Coverage, Bill Productivity Targets, SKU per bill targets, channel-wise growths, achievement of Brand-wise targets, numeric distribution targets and exploring untapped area through coverage/distribution plan.- Execution implementation of all trade corporate plans as per company policy formats. (both LMT, WS and Retail).- Monitoring competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
