Currently, I'm leading Hack.Diversity's operations as we scale up to have even more impact. As a former Chief Operating Officer of a K-12 organization, former attorney, and board chair emeritus of a national education nonprofit, I have many years of experience leading mission-based organizations to success. I know firsthand the power a team can have when everyone is rowing in the same direction. By building trust, honing a clear vision, establishing accountability and support, and paying attention to outcomes, I have led colleagues and staff to achieve ambitious goals in service of our young people and folks who've been systemically excluded.
