I was a founder team member in Consumer Banking Collections at MCB. I joined the bank as Regional Collections Manager. I managed Collections teams of Auto loans (Car 4 U), Mortgages ( Pyara Ghar) Business Finance (Business Sarmaya) for central region.

Revamped and managed collections structure for consumer banking. Products included Auto loans, Mortgages Loans, Business Finance for Central Punjab consisting of eight major cities, Lahore, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Multan and Faisalabad. I started at entry level position at Citi. Excelled there for six years. I managed Mortgage Remedial Unit and Personal Loans Collections in my last role at Citi.

Led the Mortgage Remedial Unit as Unit Head for Lahore and Faisalabad, overseeing all aspects of credit loss management, recovery, and settlement of defaulted loans.
