I worked in Aga Khan University Hospital as an intern of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Department. My main tasks assigned were the verification of the maintenance logs of the HVAC, Lifts , Exhaust Fans, Mechanical and Electrical Rooms. I also was assigned the duty of inspecting the kitchen equipment's and taking follow up's from the vendors from which the equipment was to be procured or replaced.

I worked as an Intern in the Maintenance Department of AGP PVT LTD. There was a new place being setup and for that I was assigned the task to Develop a 3D structure of a Mild Steel Platform on which the Air handling unit of the HVAC System could be placed. For doing that I had to make a 3D model on Solid works after which the beam deflections, moment deflections, axial and hoop stresses could be calculated. Once I had done the 3d designing of the model based on their dimensions I was able to figure out that whether or not the structure designed could bear the load or not. Further more I also gave them valuable suggestions of what material could be used on the top floor of the MS platform to make it last longer with its ultimate strength etc.

I was placed in the QC & QA department, I was given a project where I had to improve the Efficiency of the Vehicle Performance Line. After several weeks of theoretical and mathematical observations, I was able to find out the existing loop holes that had caused delayed time on the inspection line due to which the daily car manufacturing turnover wasn't been met effectively. I had re-organized the tasks being performed at each interval. And due to this I was able to improve the efficiency by around 59seconds of the total time it took.
