- Manage gym daily operations.- Handle all HR matters.- Optimize gym procurement and purchases. - Set customers management system review to assess current customers satisfaction status.- Conduct unexpected visits to gym training zone and fitting room.- Manage Gym’s financial statement “PNL”- Set a quality management system to optimize actual gym management - Establish strategies to increase the number memberships.- Establish digital marketing strategy & Monitor Social Media to evaluate feedback.- Organize and implement all gym related events.

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns• Design, build and maintain our social media presence, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

I'm in charge of the day to day workings of the studio making sure of employees attendance , performance, sales and marketing , campaigning among other things.

- Assess the operational management, requirements, scheduling, manufacturing orders and products stocking.- Develops processes, procedures and following up on work results.- Assists the research team with analyzing the market need and following up with competitors in the industry.- Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.

- Organize customers’ management system review, assess current situation, identify gaps and propose improvements.- Optimize company's resources utilization for multiple projects.- Engineer complete Project Management Manual (Methodology, Processes, Standards and Procedures...) for assigned customers.- Conduct periodic customers’ visit to audit new engineered manual utilization (White Audit).- Manage assigned contract ensuring that change request are valid and within agreed scope of work.- Act as Admin Manager handling accounting, administrative and organizational assigned tasks (Cheques, invoicing, stationary purchases, designing marketing tools...).

- Identify customers’ requirements and set projects’ deliverables.- Establish project costing based on identified scope of work and related engaged suppliers.- Monitor projects’ progress while ensuring timelines are respected.- Ensure projects’ deliverables are aligned with budgeted cost and predefined quality.- Assess potential suppliers based on experience, product quality and pricing. - Manage contracts and issue purchase order to selected suppliers.

- Supervise felid works while managing subcontractors.- Manage field expenses and related cash flow. - Meet with customers and work on identifying their requirements.- Draft complete designs for related customers as per above identified requirements.- Provide site survey and architectural consultation.- Oversee architectural remodeling and residential buildings’ restructuring.- Identify projects’ deliverables by phases to make sure they are met within the required contractual deadlines. - Trace Project Managers assigned for every project to ensure projects’ progress are reported timely.- Generate weekly reports for the board of directors.
