1. I have worked as land surveyor and GIS specialist and had to survey the contracted survey projects of USACE as well as projects contracted to ALCO by the US Embassy where I had to operate survey equipment’s, collect data, attend in official meetings for collecting data and prepare Topographical, Boundary and Utilities Maps. I had to travel to several provinces and sites in the districts and provinces of Afghanistan. I had been spotted by insurgent agents during my working on sites. I performed my job under severe protection of security forces at different locations2. Working with ArcGIS, ArcInfo, ArcCatalog and ArcTools 9.x Setup the coordination system as UTM or geographic coordinate system Degree Minute system as per required work information pages, Digitizing Parcel as a Block shape, Recheck and digitize of parcels after the team survey, area standardization and Documentation, Calculation of land Area for Parcels within USA Army Camp, showing the exact location of landlords, Update map each camps after the team survey, plotting of maps from A4 to C0. Final checking the quality Control for all Layers and shape files and Attribute Tables.3. topographical survey, utilities survey, boundary survey of the project sites and Bench Marking of the area which related to ALCO with Total Station, Handheld GPS, processing of field raw data using Software of LisCAD 6.2 to 10x and AutoCad and show the existing features of ground and underground, long section and cross section profile, in accordance to OBO\ALTA standards for US Embassy Kabul.

Working with ArcGIS, ArcInfo, ArcCatalog and ArcTools 9.x Setup the coordination system as UTM or geographic coordinate system Degree Minute system as per required work information pages, Conversation of roads network of planning area, Digitizing Parcel, Agriculture area and existing road as a Block shape, Recheck and digitize of parcel, Agriculture area standardization and Documentation, Calculation of Area land for Parcel and Agriculture Area of district 13, Update map of all Gozars district 13 related to work area, plotting of maps from A4 to A0. Final checking the quality Control for all Layers and shape files and Attribute Tables, Converting of Excel database to MS access and linking to attribute table of each Gozar shape file.Provided training of using photos and maps using at site and handle GPS for CHF international staff.Survey and Bench Marking of the roads under upgrading plan of ASSIST Program with Kolida Total Station, processing of field raw data and showing the existing long section profile of the roads using LisCAD 8.x Survey software.

Filling of population, sanitation and water supply form. Translating of social team meeting documents from Dari to English. Revision of GIS maps in the field for coding of houses. Training of Computer for social team
