Cen Cal Land & Cattle Company was founded in June 2018 by the husband and wife team of Eric and Erin Hamm. Eric and Erin both grew up in Merced and were high school sweethearts. Eric went to work in the area's largest Automotive Dealership Group, The Razzari Auto Centers, ultimately becoming the Managing General Partner.In 2010, Erin decided to leave her job as a Marketing Manager for Foster Farms to join her three sisters and her father at Kibby Road, LLC, a real estate investment and property management company. She is a partner there and runs their Central Valley division of their property management company, Rental Zebra.In 2018, Eric decided to leave the automotive business to also invest in real estate. He and Erin formed Cen Cal Land & Cattle Company in June of 2018 to invest in commercial real estate in California's Central Valley.Cen Cal Land & Cattle Company is founded on a love for this special place we call home.
