Every child deserves a powerful education that enables them to design their own lives. As the leader of The Learning Accelerator's policy initiatives, I collaborate with sector leaders nationwide to create the conditions that foster equity-driven innovation in K-12 institutions and drive collective movement toward a world where every child has access to transformative learning.Throughout my career, I have spearheaded initiatives that integrate technology, innovation, and continuous improvement into K-12 education. My journey began in high-need Title I public schools, where I collaborated with school and district leaders to scale impactful instructional practices. This experience evolved into broader systemic change efforts, where my passion for human-centered systems improvement and leveraging technology to enhance educators' uniquely human capabilities took center stage. As Partner of Research, Measurement, and Policy at TLA, I work closely with state and federal leaders to design and implement programs that scale evidence-based educational practices. My efforts focus on creating sustainable teaching and learning models that prioritize equity and empower students to reach their full potential.I am committed to fostering educational environments where equity and innovation intersect, ensuring that every student is equipped to thrive in an increasingly complex world.
