Oversee and develop implementation and coordination of financial, logistical, and administrative requirements of the Youth Choral Theater of Chicago. This includes managing development, communications, implementation of systems and policies, coordinating parent/volunteer support, and rehearsals and performances. Oversee and manage annual fundraising drives and all organization donations. Responsible for managing all merchandise and ticket sales. Manage organization social media and website. Concert and Event Management, including multiple performances each year in addition to a large fundraising gala performance, which includes a live auction, paddle raise, food & beverage sales, and more. Write grants to support organization's general operating costs, scholarship funds, and more.
