Kate Hammond is an award-winning producer and the founder of Softcut.An executive producer working in film for 10+ years, Kate was tired of the inequities she experienced on set. She founded Softcut to change that. Prioritizing diversity at every level, Softcut is a non-fiction film collective comprised of creatives who are changing the production status quo.Previously the EP for Onslot Films, Kate oversaw the company’s projects, operations, and vision, managing relationships with partners, clients, and collaborators.
