Operational Leadership: o Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives. o Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including consulting, training, marketing, sales, finance, and HR. o Ensure efficient and effective delivery of consulting and training services to clients. o Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.2. Strategic Planning and Execution: o Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define the company's strategic direction and long-term goals. o Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives. o Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new markets, service offerings, and strategic partnerships.3. Team Leadership and Development: o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. o Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high morale. o Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.4. Client and Stakeholder Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. o Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.5. Quality and Compliance: o Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. o Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of service delivery. o Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
