As a Technical Account Manager I help our current clients with their existing integrations to our service with both support on how to further improve their integrations and as well as finding answers to when things go wrong. The TAM team acts as a bridge between the clients and the developers/product team to find the right solution to problems and opportunities.My strong skill is technical problem solving, digging in databases for answers, understanding the architecture of systems and how they interact with ours as well as communicating with our clients.
