Ensured compliance as primary trainer for campus of over 1400 employees. Developed custom training for Civility in the Workplace, Performance Programs and Evaluations, and Counseling and Counseling Memos. Updated and facilitated new employee orientations, Workplace Violence Prevention, Domestic Violence in the Workplace, Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention. Certified by State to facilitate Performance Management, Sexual Harassment and Domestic Violence training. Developed and facilitated employee computer training for Microsoft Office Suite. Served as secondary Affirmative Action Officer to ensure compliance with hiring process and investigate employee complaints.Served on Campus Emergency Response Team to develop strategic plan for disaster and emergency scenarios as well as on site incident response. Impacted all aspects of Human Resources as a generalist in a small, dedicated team for a Five Star and Five Diamond hotel. Recruited for all levels of Hotel staff and management. Developed recruiting strategy as a part of the pre-opening team for the Hotel, including relationships with community based organizations and The Department of Labor for sourcing plans and job fairs.
