Updated and facilitated new employee orientations, Workplace Violence Prevention, Domestic Violence in the Workplace, Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention. Certified by State to facilitate Performance Management, Sexual Harassment and Domestic Violence training. Developed and facilitated employee computer training for Microsoft Office Suite. Served as secondary Affirmative Action Officer to ensure compliance with hiring process and investigate employee complaints.Served on Campus Emergency Response Team to develop strategic plan for disaster and emergency scenarios as well as on site incident response.
