At the start of my Junior year, I took on the role of Stream Restoration Intern. With my educational background in Biosystems Engineering, I quickly learned the ropes and was able to take accurate field measurements, install instruments, and perform calibrations with ease. My understanding of the physical, chemical, and biological principles of stream restoration and monitoring allowed me to become self-sufficient in my position, making me an asset to the team.
