Responsible for strategic direction and portfolio mix of Halliburton’s Production Solutions Product Service Line (PSL) which includes Coiled Tubing and Hydraulic Workover surface equipment and downhole tools. Manage the resources responsible for portfolio management, product development, commercialization, and marketing of new products which includes managing a team of Product Manages, Global Advisors, Product Champions and Market Research Specialist. Understand and strategically plan for the future demands of the market place. Work with the technology group to set the development project priorities and ensure appropriate research and development is in place to meet the needs of the PSL. Identify new business opportunities that enhance the performance of the PSL. Work with the Intellectual Property group to ensure freedom to operate within the strategic group. Identify new product and business opportunities and industry and competitor changes that require new strategies or revisions of the business plan. Act as a leader to promote Halliburton’s quality directives: Operational Excellence, Service Quality and Health Safety and Environment initiatives.

Responsible for providing direct supervision to a team of subject matter experts, technical professionals and technical advisors engaged in pursuit, acquisition and development of strategic business opportunities on a global basis. Have tactical responsibility for supervising engineers on all projects requiring Well Intervention discipline. Provide guidance to multiple product lines or disciplines on product mix/technology development strategy for Well Intervention. Maintaining Well Intervention product line’s technical image and presence in the market place. Oversee training and development programs and career paths for assigned engineers/technical personnel. Champion and facilitate integrated technology solutions for mature assets, unconventional hydrocarbon and carbon capture and sequestration development opportunities.
