I founded an online store, that focused on Zero Waste products - designed to reduce trash on this planet. This role also included me consulting on projects, school awareness drives and delivering orders.

I lead a research team that focuses on mainstreaming pro-environment jobs. We research and understand onwhat education and training is required for such jobs.• Documented various types of Green Projects that focus on Natural Capital Restoration, Green Servicesand Built Environment Restoration and mapped 700 + jobs. Contributed to creation of a Green Collar JobsPortal (internal site, in staging)• Oversee creation of Project Proposals and send them to various funding agencies for the same. Createand conceptualise budgets, along with templates for project management.• Overall Communications, documentation and monitoring of the project.• Create necessary documents, that will aid in educational repositories to aid and add value on greeneducation/literacy.• Contributed to various e-learning curricula and provided valuable inputs to respective business units.• Acted as a liaison for I-BBA and Y-BBA a services management project that focuses on work basedlearning.

As part of my role with RPG Foundation, I monitored a group level CSR program - Digital Literacy. This project was a unique first of its kind and under this project, we set up 7 digital centers, Pan India. The goal was to impart Digital Literacy in line with the Nasscom objectives and certification. 70% of my time was dedicated to oversee and manage several components of Zensar Technologies' CSR (a unit of RPG Group based in Pune and administered by RPG Foundation) Project Lead - Environmental Sustenance: Udaan Biodiversity Park – a PPP project of Zensar CSR and Pune Municipal Corporation: managed daily operations and initiated Udaan Farming Club – a citizens group that learns sustainable living and growing organic food.Gave leadership and drive to the associate-led initiatives on environment; World Environment Month celebrations and similar collaborations.- Location Lead – Implementation of various Programs and Volunteering Opportunities in Bangalore. - Planning, Budgeting and Review of overall Programs for Zensar CSR for FY 17 & 18: , including discussions with CFO and the Board Sub-Committee.- Administration and maintenance of records and documents and supervision- Ensuring Legal compliances, agreements with participating 3rd parties, for Zensar related CSR programs,- Inputs and preparation MIS and Integration of Zensar Foundation with RPG Foundation-Capacity Building of Zensar Managers: Integration of the CSR programs/approach to inculcate the value of empathy and humility. Volunteering & Communications for FY 17: - Associate Engagement: Brought up the associate engagement from 10% to 20% across Pune & Hyderabad- Branding, Social Media, Public relations liaison with Marketing and Communications;- Internal communication on cascades, company intranet

At ESF, I work on capacity building and projects on Solid Waste Management. In addition, I look at CSR projects.

My work with the Foundation is in two areas- Education and Sanitation. One cannot look at addressing the issues of sanitation without looking at educational reforms. Better skill comes from better education, ethics and values. At the same time, sanitation cannot be looked with the purview of toilets alone. It is a combination of solid waste management, toilets and hygiene. At the foundation, I work on bringing both these sectors together.

At India Water Portal, I worked on creating content based on my travel in Maharashtra and Goa. Apart from that, I also curated content for Solid Waste Management Topics page. In addition to that, I helped co-host offline events related to water and sanitation with various partners in the region. As nature of work, I co-ordinated with volunteers who got in touch with us online and offline.

At the Institute of Sustainable Development, I interned on two projects- Backward Regions Grant Fund (BRGF) and District Vulnerability Analysis for Flood Prone districts in Bihar for UNICEF. I took the role of a research assistant, working on different models for measuring poverty and inculcating that in the project. The projects involved field work in Nandurbar and Dhule and interactions with Government Officials.
