• Employee communication- utilise my creative and content writing skills to prepare employee communication collateral and ensure effective relay of information. Develop and deliver the organisation’s internal communication strategy every quarter.• Employee experience- designed, curated and facilitate the New Hire Onboarding program to induct employees into the India & APAC geographies of the organisation. Onboarded over 250 employees into the system. This program has now been adapted globally. • Employee engagement- Design, plan and facilitate the quarterly calendar of activities for employee engagement. Organised, managed, and executed a Bootcamp event for 300+ employees from the India & APAC regions. This was a 3-day event, covering more than 25 different speakers and activities, with a budget of over USD160,000. • Employee satisfaction- organised multiple fundraisers and CSR activities with UiPath Foundation; instrumental in designing and rolling out the 1 Million Meals initiative, to provide displaced migrant workers food and ration during the pandemic.• Employee wellness- work with the global benefits and experience teams to- roll out health & fitness policies and benefits, organise and moderate sessions with doctors every quarter; and facilitate global wellness sessions on a different topic every quarter.
