Teaching is my passion. Being in the Learning and Development and Training industry for over 5 years as a Technical Trainer, I help clients transferring knowledge into ready-to-use skills. I believe in the famous quote, "Knowledge without skills is futile". My sessions are very practical. So by the end of my training, the clients walk away having the skills ‘installed’ into their system, "Ready to use!”Understanding the business needs and curating the Instructional Design and Curriculum development to meet the requirements is my key skill. I always value feedback as they do welcome enhancement and betterments to business. Structuring assessments and analyze the learning outcomes to create improvement plans to the curriculum is always my way to evaluate the developed curriculum.I love to listen to melodies, Karnatic, read, travel, experiment with cooking, etc. I admire nature and follow the organized mode of living and try to undergo eco-friendly mannerisms.I believe that "Learning is synonymous to evolution and evolution is a never-ending process".
