CurrentI am currently managing a portfolio of client of over USD 1 million with my team, as well as responsible for all facets of audit, from client acceptance, planning, execution to the conclusion of engagement and reporting thereon. My key responsibilities are as follows: • Reporting directly to partner/director, managing listed clients primarily financial service and insurance sector including DFSA regulated entities with my team, leading and developing them along with their on-job training and review of work papers• Project management of large and complex client engagement and solving complex technical matters for our audit clients, being involved with partner/director and clients • Have been engaged in reviewing and performing audit of multiple listed insurance entities, PCAOB & DFSA regulated entities, regulated funds, asset management, fintech, foreign exchange, real estate, service, hospitality, manufacturing, trading, nonprofit and health care industry client• Managing multiple cross border review assignments including multiple group audits with subsidiaries in various locations/countries• Taking actively part in interviewing associates/senior associates and giving training to team members as a trainer in annual firm level training program and playing an active role in the performance appraisal process• Actively involved in resource planning and business-related challenges at team, including recoverability and working capital management
