i. Implements and supervisors the Ecological Rehabilitation and Restoration monitoring which includes ecological monitoring, stormwater management, and soil sampling.ii. Implements the Environmental Monitoring Programme; which includes waste management, meteorological monitoring, surface water, and groundwater characteristics monitoring, air quality (dust and emissions), wastewater, and stormwater monitoring, macro-invertebrate monitoring, noise, noise monitoring and environmental radiation monitoringiii. Plans, implements and supervises the staff, tasks, and duties related to Ecological Rehabilitation and Restoration Monitoring.iv. Develops, implements and identifies processes and ecological monitoring designed that can be implemented by the Ecological Team to assess Base’s rehabilitation success.v. Maintains and develops Standard Operating Procedures for all ecological monitoring activities.vi. Maintains, develops, and reviews all ecological monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.vii. Monitors and evaluates the current rehabilitation and restoration activities and making recommendations for improvements when necessary.viii. Overseeing Quality Control for all seeds and plant species to be for Rehabilitation and Restoration Programmes.ix. Demonstrates that teamwork is integral to achieving the Environmental Team’s goals and objectives.x. Maintains an excellent relationship with all specialist consultants engaged in Rehabilitation and Restoration Programme.xi. Maintain good relationships with outside environmental organizations and groups.xii. Provides training and mentoring to Ecological Technical Team Members, Graduate Trainees, and interns on the implementation of environmental management systems and ecological monitoring programmes.xiii. Optimizes the monitoring effort by continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness.xiv. Efficiently utilizes resources and time through balancing and prioritizing multiple activities.

Carrying out research for Environmental Programmes including Restoration and Rehabilitation Programme, Biodiversity Conservation, and Sericulture Project.viii. Developing an understanding of all other departments outside the area of specialization and how these departments contribute to the overall success of the business.
