In my final year of the Generalist Fast Stream Leadership Programme, I hold the position of Senior Digital Capability Manager within the Strategy and Transformation team in the Digital Group at DWP. My responsibilities include leading digital capability initiatives, driving strategic transformation projects, and managing stakeholder relationships to enhance digital services. I currently play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to build digital skills and capabilities across the department, ensuring alignment with DWP’s strategic objectives.

During my second-year placement at the Home Office, I served as a Portfolio Manager within the Generalist Fast Stream Leadership Programme. In this role, I developed a comprehensive onboarding guide for delivery partners, ensuring a smooth integration process. Additionally, I managed the portfolio, overseeing various projects and initiatives to support the department’s strategic objectives.

I am delighted to announce that I have embarked on an exciting new journey in my career. I have accepted the position of Delivery Lead Analyst at PA Consulting, a global innovation and transformation consultancy. This opportunity comes after completing a successful placement at HMRC, where I had the privilege of leading and managing multimillion-pound contracts. Now, I'm eager to bring my skills and expertise to PA Consulting and contribute to their mission of building a positive human future in a technology-driven world.I will be going on secondment as part of this career move, which offers a unique opportunity to broaden my experience and further develop my skills.
